Please note: The Hotel Limpia is a historic building and, as such, we do not have an elevator and not all areas of the building are accessible under the ADA. Please ask for specifics when reserving your room.
Rates start at $105 plus state/local room tax of 13%.

Check in begins at 3pm. If you plan to arrive after 10pm, please call us so that we may leave a key for you.

You will receive an email confirmation letter as soon as your reservation is made.
A credit card or first night deposit by check is required.
The Hotel Limpia is a non-smoking property. Smokers may smoke in designated outdoor areas, but not in the hotel. Please be advised if management determines the smoking policy has been violated an additional charge will be incurred.
Pets are allowed in all rooms for a $30 daily pet fee. We donate 100% of this fee to our local state of the art shelter, Grand Companions. An additional charge will be incurred if management determines there has been an unauthorized pet in the room.
Cancellations made with less than 5 days advance notice of the first reserved dates will be charged 50% of the reserved total, or one night’s stay, whichever is greater.
