GARLIC ROASTED PRIME RIB - Our best recipe! Tender prime rib prepared medium-rare. Served with horseradish cream. 12.95
TRADITIONAL TURKEY AND DRESSING - Slow roasted and sliced to order. Served with Southern cornbread dressing and whole cranberry sauce. 8.95
ORANGE CRUSTED HAM - Our favorite holiday ham, baked with orange marmalade, brown sugar, and spices, garnished with whole cranberry sauce and pineapple. You will find this popular recipe in The Hotel Limpia Cookbook. 8.95
GRILLED EGGPLANT ADOBE - Two large slices of eggplant and tomato, grilled, then topped with a toasted long green chile, onion, cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese, chile powder, and whole black olives. 8.95
CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN - Boneless breast of chicken, lightly seasoned and breaded then deep fried. Served over peppered cream gravy. 8.95
BURGUNDY MARINATED ROAST BEEF - Our most popular entree. A burgundy wine marinated pot roast, slowly roasted with herbs, carrots, and onions until tender. Served with brown gravy on the side. 8.95
