This 1906 quarried rock house is the Limpia's newest guest house and is located on 2.6 acres at the end of Court Street in Fort Davis' most private neighborhood. It was completely restored in 2002. It has three bedrooms (two king beds, one queen), two and one-half baths, a full kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and two sitting areas. Three zones of central heat and air, 12 foot ceilings, large front porch and deck out the back door that is perfect for star gazing. There is also a portable grill outside available for a barbeque. This house is the most complete of our guest houses that may remind you of a luxury ranch house out on the range in the early 1900's. Nearly all of the furniture and fixtures in this guest house are out of Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn.
